Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 5–7 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). If ordered from Monio or Muzpony, items can take up to 2-4 weeks due to being made to order/personalised. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note our delivery times are from dispatch, 24 hour delivery from dispatch & 48 hours from dispatch not from ordering. 

Please note: during busy periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.


UK Delivery Times

We ship across the United Kingdom using trusted courier services.

  • Standard UK Delivery: 4–7 working days

FREE Standard UK Shipping on orders over £75

Shipping costs for orders under £75 are calculated at checkout.


Made-to-Order Items

Some items are made to order. These products require additional production time before dispatch.

  • Made-to-Order Delivery Time: 2–4 weeks

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready.

International Shipping

We also ship internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply. Orders can take up to 10 weeks. 


Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear. 


Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we will help investigate with the courier.
