How long will my order take to reach me? 

This varies from product to product, delivery times should be stated in the product description, if you are unsure please don't hesitate to contact us.  

I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?

I've received the incorrect order, what do I do? 

We’re sorry if you received an incorrect item from the one that you ordered. Please email hello@mimi-bear.com so we can get the right item for you.

My order is damaged/faulty, what should I do?

So sorry you have received a damaged or faulty items,  Please email hello@mimi-bear.com so we can get this resolved for you.

Can I preorder products? 

We do offer items to be preordered to be the first to receive them, all information will be in the description of the preordered product. Soon as the item arrives it will be sent out via next day delivery. 

What is DPD 24HR Delivery from dispatch?

It is not 24HR delivery from purchase it is 24HR from dispatch, for example our Betty's Home Cushions (due to being made to order) is 3-6 weeks, when the item arrives to us it will be sent out 24HR with DPD. 

We use DPD but some of our brands are sent straight to you from supplier, please be aware of this when picked DPD 24HR.

Why shop with us? 

We are a small business run by mums, we individually hand pick your order & pack one by one. Everytime someone orders we do a little celebratory dance, so thankyou! 

Why can some products take up to 3-6 weeks to be delivered? 

We have a couple of brands where delivery is 2-4 weeks/3-6weeks this is due to the products being made to order, the products are then sent straight to yourself. All delivery times are specifically stated on what the product. If there is no delivery time it will be our standard.   

Where are our products from? 

We have hand selected products from around the UK & EU. 

Do we offer in person sales? 

This is something we can offer, you will just need to email hello@mimi-bear.com & we can arrange this. 

 I ordered a few days ago but now the item is reduced - can you refund the difference?

We understand that it is frustrating for a customer to have missed out on a discount. We always encourage you to email us before you order to check whether we have any upcoming sales & we have a range of permanent discounts available (such as our email sign up code). We unfortunately cannot refund any missed promotions or discounts as any adjustments to orders result in fees with our payment providers being incurred along with administrative fees.
