 Our Couriers

Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse, some orders may be sent direct from our suppliers. We use Royal Mail, Parcelforce & DPD. 

Shipping Costs?

UK delivery currently free if you spend over £70.

Orders below £70 have a delivery change of £3.95/£5.20  & will be sent 2nd class via Royal Mail, parcel force or DPD.

We offer 24hour delivery however this is from dispatching your item. Please note our processing time is still 3-5days. 

Shipping for overseas orders, will be sent via royal mail (we are not responsible for EU & worldwide taxes)

All shipping costs are non-refundable 

What Are Delivery Times?

We aim to dispatch your goods within 3-5 days of receiving your order. Majority of our branded items are 5-7 working day delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived, please allow 2-3 weeks before emailing us. 

Some specific items could take up to 2-4 weeks for delivery (including our personalised items)  Any issues or queries please contact hello@mimi-bear.com

If your order has been sent via DPD, please contact us within 14days (from dispatch email) if your parcel hasn't arrived. If out of the 14day window we will not be able to claim or resend. 

Some of our products come from other countries, the buyer will be responsible for custom & import taxes. 

Orders to EU may take a little longer due to Brexit & orders outside of UK & EU can take up to 9/10weeks.

Outside of the UK & EU Monio orders can take up to 4 months. 

Recycling 

Some orders will be sent out in reused boxes to ensure we are reducing our impact on the environment, please let us know if you would prefer a new one. 

Will My Items Arrive Together?

Due to the fact that we ship from multiple facilities, your order may arrive in separate parcels - so don't be alarmed if one of your items arrives and not another.

 

Pre-orders:

Please be aware that some products are on pre-order and the expected arrival date is specified at the top of the product description.

If your order contains items on pre-order, we will ship all of your items together once your pre-order items are ready. If you want items in stock to arrive before the pre-order items, you must place two separate orders.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods.

My Order Has Not Arrived Yet

If the 2 - 4 week period from your order has expired and your order has still not arrived, please get in touch at hello@mimi-bear.com and we will look into this for you.
